Falmouth Sun Self Storage offers flexible month-to-month leases. We pro-rate the rent when you move in the unit. If you occupy the unit on the 1st of a month, you owe rent for that month. You are welcome to keep the storage unit for as long as you need, provided all account balances are paid up to date. We do offer discounts for 6 and 12 month pre-payments. Many customers who utilize storage during a home renovation also take advantage of the pre-pay discounts. There may be a minimum rental to take advantage of some discounted move-in specials.

Falmouth Sun Self Storage is located at 709 Gifford St between Brick Kiln Rd and Main St. Our storage facility is just up the road from Jack In The Beanstalk Market. We have a brand-new climate control warehouse with large storage units available.

Yes, in late 2025 we opened a climate-controlled storage building on Gifford St in Falmouth, MA. We have large climate-controlled units available that would fit the contents from a typical 2-4 bedroom house.
